Pets take center stage at Beverly show
PETS GALORE -The Beverly Fireman's Festival held it's annual pet show Tuesday at the fire department's parking lot. Several pets were shown in various categories. Beverly Fireman's Queen Amy Jo Arbogast with "Smokey" just prior to the judging.

Pets killed in St. Augustine house fire Monday
Three pets were killed after a house in St. Augustine caught fire Monday night, the St. Johns County Fire Rescue Department said. Pets of the Week
The pets of the week are Pilgram, a tricolored female Pekingnese mix in cage D27, and Milly, a tortoiseshell female cat in cage C42. The Animal Care and Adoption Center of Texarkana, Ark. has 116 dogs, 27 puppies, 34 cats and 21 kittens for adoption, said a shelter official.
